If you’re like me, its annoying to search for a ticket, get the scrambled results and have to click on the created twice to get the latest tickets for the search at the top.

To get around this, bookmark the link below and use that as your default *New and Active* bookmark. This will automatically sort by date, and retain that sorting when searching.

https://YOUR.KACE.DOMAIN/adminui/ticket_list.php?QUEUE_ID=1&&ORDER[]=sort_TIME_CREATED&&ORDER_REV=1

NOTE: you may need to change the queue ID highlighted above to match the queue you want. You will need to change the fully qualified domain name.
