You can tell if the K1000 is 32 or 64 bit if you go into the troubleshooting tools.
Settings>Support>Troubleshooting Tools>
Or if you have organizations enabled:
System>K1000 Settings>Support>Troubleshooting Tools
Once there, click Edit Mode.
In the drop-down menu, select "top" and click Test.
In the window that comes up, look for "kmsgr".
In a 64-bit K1000, you will see kmsgr7.
For 32-bit, you will see kmgsr54.
Below is an example of a 64 bit K1000:
