It probably is not as in your face as it should be, but it is there. Click the green ShareThis button, then choose the blue "More" link at the bottom of the box that appears, in here you'll find a long list of other social media sharing options including Google+. Yes, all accounts have been migrated. If you forgot your password you can have it reset.
