I can't view any types of attachments on the K1000 Go app on an iPhone Service Desk Knowledge Base. Am I missing something or is this feature just not available? -

That is true, K1000 GO does not support attachments in knowledge base articles just yet. We are aware of the issue, however it will need some appliance-side support, so it might be a while before we can fix that. Sorry! -

Thanks, I am actually working through a support ticket and we seem to be teaming up to make a big giant 'ticket attachment compatibility list', which I would think is something you would have...... Then again, how can you possibly keep up with 70 different phone OS / versions. Keep up the good work, seriously, love the app other than the little things. -
