I'm not sure if anybody would provide you a readymade script to do so.
You can look at environment variables available in your environment, there can be some related to different regions or domains.
You can make use of those variables in your script to set the registries as per the regions.

Do it properly. Use AppSearch to get the first value and populate a public property. Then use that property as a formatted text entry for the 2nd registry write.
