Would anyone know any online resources are available for preaparing this certification? Any e-book etc.?

I just wrote and passed the exam over the weekend. What I can suggest is look at the study guide, make a lab with the MDOP products and perform the functions listed in the skills measured section of the exam description. Do that a few times and you should be able to write the exam.
