A program to capture a program installation?

Is there a program that can record the installation of a program to create a script (or msi or other?) For easy deployment on multiple computers?

Many may not realize it, but our Software Library supports tagging. Several repackaging solutions have been tagged (others may be easily added): http://www.itninja.com/tag/application-repackaging/software
