Are there any gotcha's regarding 508 Accessiblity compliance with the Service Desk?

Was there a specific concern you were looking at? The ADA 508 standard is pretty large. I don't think there is anything that would be a check mark per se in the K1000 that would allow you to enable compliance.

Since it is a web interface for the Service Desk, just wondering if the built in OS and browser tools suffice for those with disabilities or are other extra tools required? - sluciw 11 years ago
