I want create package for adding FTP site in IIS on windows7
But i don't want it to be done by user manually so can anybody suggest how to do that using script or something else

May be you can use iisftp.exe command line tool for managing ISS FTP sites.

Just create "Run executable" type custom action with neccessary arguments.
