Adjusting the List Layout in Ticket Archive Screen
I have a Custom Field that is included in the List Layout of All Queues View and the Queue that is our default. it appears for all tickets. However, when a ticket is archived and we go to the Archive view, I am not able to select this column, or see where the List Layout is for the Archive View. By all accounts the Custom Field should be there, but it isn't. How do I adjust the List Layout for Archive?
