Hi gizmolala
To Prevent EULA and Registration window from popping up post install add these registry keys. (Note this is for the TLP version of Adobe Acrobat Pro/Std install)
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\7.0\AdobeViewer]
"EULA"=dword:00000001
"Registered"=dword:00000002
To Prevent EULA and Registration window from popping up post install for Adobe Reader add these registry keys.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\7.0\AdobeViewer]
"TrustedMode"=dword:00000000
"EULA"=dword:00000001
To Prevent automatic update:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\7.0\Updater]
"iUpdateFrequency"=dword:00000000

To be honest I haven't seen that error before. I probably need a bit more info on your environment and when exactly the error occurs (ie - during install, during launch etc). I'll definately see what I can do.
I should mention that file doesn't need to be there for Acrobat to run - I think its just a bunch of objects for VB.
