Adobe Illustration.

Does anybody done this application? The raw media working fine and after creating the msi while launching the shortcut its throwing an error saying "The adobe illustration can't run because it has been damaged.please reinstall from your master disk."
can any one please help me how to resolve this.

Sure.

You have a registry key missing. The application checks an uninstall key each time it is launched. You may have cleaned this key out of the package thinking it is not required or it might even have been exluded by your exclusion list. It's a bit of an odd one Illustrator.

Capture the install with no exlusion list to identify the key for your version of Illustrator and import it into your finished package.

Most of the Adobe products now check for an uninstall key as part of their startup to ensure the installation is complete.

Like BG1 said...recapture it and don't remove the uninstall keys and also the HKCU keys.

If you had search through the "Package Knowledge Base" you would notice that this issue has already been brought up as pointed in Adobe Illustrator CS 11.x.

Next time take the time to scatter through the knowledge base, this will save you lots of time instead of taking that time into troubleshooting.
