After installing acrobat 10 pro adobe reader 10 is no longer the default
Hi
I recently installed Adobe Acrobat 10 pro on machines that have Adobe reader 10 on them. Now the default for pdf's is acrobat pro 10. Is there a way to install pro 10 but keep reader 10 as the default? I have this problem on several hundred pc's
Any hep would greatly be appreciated.

You have several hundred Pro licenses?!? Anyway...
It's simple enough. For new deployments, use a system search to detect an existing association of the .PDF extension with ACRORD32.EXE. Use the resulting property's value as a condition for the component which alters the association.
For your several hundred broken PCs, as the change is pretty straightforward, I believe your best option is to create a script to replace the association.
