Allow users on CC List to add comments to K1000 Help Desk tickets?
I'm running a Help Desk queue on a K1000. Right now, only ticket submitters and owners can add comments to tickets - users on the CC List can see comments but not add them.
I'd like to change it so that the CC List'ed users are able to add their own comments, but not make any other changes to the ticket. It would also be fine if ANY user could add comments to any ticket, if that's an easier way to accomplish this.
Is this possible? Is it something simple that I'm overlooking (sorry, I'm quite a noob at this)?
