ALLUSERS= ??
We are using SMS 2003
We are using Windows XP workstations
When you push a .MSI file from SMS we need it to run for the USER. ALLUSERS=1 is not working as we thought. I have read this web page
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa367559%28VS.85%29.aspx but it is still unclear. It says:
Windows XP: Set the ALLUSERS property to 2 and Windows Installer performs a per-user installation if the user has user access privileges.
So if your users is a NON Admin it will do a per-user install. is that what that means?
And if your user IS an Admin on the box and ALLUSERS=2 then what? it does a machine install?
Thanks for any help.
