Altiris Software Virtualization Solution
Not sure what you guys use for creating your Virtualization Packages, but have you tried using Altiris Software Virtualization Solution?
Using it and creating SVS packages are actually very simple and easy to use. I have added a tutorial on my site @ Alttech Tutorials
