aPP 64 bit
Hi,
I hae been given an appt which is working fine after installing under 32 bit but I have to make it to work under 64 bit. Can I please know what the procedure should be like? Because the user profile differ for 64 bit from 32 bit.

You are going to have to be more specific. Most 32 bit applications will install just fine on a 64 bit system.
What are you trying to install? Is it giving you errors?
Thank You so much for the response, actually I will be given the apps from Monday, they will be testing using Using AOK and the report with Amber colors are to be repackaged and make them to be working. I will be specific soon. I will be working using AdmiStudio 11.5 SP1.
I never worked for 64 bit Apps. This will be the first time and it appears challenging. Can anyone provide me the backup, please respond to spalisetty@yahoo.com.
Do you use AdminStudio or ChangeBASE (Dell) , you can test the application for compatibility issues. What is the error? is it a MSI , did you create a logfile. please be more specific...
32bit apps normally work fine on a 64bit machine , unless it is a poor developed/repackaged app...
