App-V 4.5 Installation error

[font="trebuchet ms"]
[font="trebuchet ms"]We have installed App-V 4.5 server but the "Application Virtualization Management Server" service is not getting started. When we try to start it manually we getting a pop-up error as message as "Windows could not start the Application Virtualization Management Server on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 268480320."

Yes, I checked the server log and it says “Cannot connect to the datastore".
Please check the below logs:

Hmm the log isn't being very detailed about why the connection failed. While looking up the SQL error code I did find something.
Going off what I read in another thread I was able to successfully start the service without errors by trying this :
In the Application Virtualization Management Console, expand the server name, Server Groups, right-click on the Default Server Group and select Properties.
Go to the Logging tab. Click the SQL Database item that is first in the list. Assuming that the DNS Host Name is correct, uncheck "Dynamically Determine Port" and then enter the port you know your DB is listening on.
Is your database instance using a custom port?
