App-V and repair deleted shortcut?

Hi guys, here´s a noob question for you since I´m a complete newbie =)

If i virtualize a shortcut with App-V 4.6 SP1 and put in on the start-menu, is there a way to re-create or repair the shortcut from the clients App-V cache so that the shortcut appears at it´s original location?  (Not using Run Advertised Programs)

I know I can create a shortcut from the Application Virtualization Client but that´s not what i want. I just want to know if there is some kind of command that can be used with sftmime or sfttray to do a quick repair if someone deletes a shortcut.

I´ve done some research and found something called "App-V Self Support Tool", is this the tool to use or are there other ways?

 We´re using SCCM 2007, APP-V 4.6 SP1 and we stream the applications.

If you delete a shortcut in app-v, you simply clear the application and then reload it in app-v console and it will reappear on the start menu

to make a shortcut appear in its original location you would have to have used the original location as the original filepath for the shortcut, otherwise you would find it only appears where you asked it to.
