We have software that is installed on one machine and is accessed via GoToMyPC by multiple users. To make a note of this under the software asset we have added "user" fields for as many users as we need. So if you view the asset you see every user from AD listed there as linked to the asset. However when you click the individual user, only the FIRST user has the asset listed under "assigned assets" in help desk module. Any smoother ways to assign multiple users to 1 asset?
