I've found that Cisco typically provides good information for deploying their apps. For example, when I google "deploy cisco anyconnect silent" (w/o quotes) I find the link to Cisco's official documentation which covers in depth how to deploy the app along with any desired settings. If you have attempted to follow Cisco's documentation but are still running into problems, please post a question on this forum detailing the steps you've taken and as many details of the problem as you can provide.
