Trying to upgrade Notes but I need a command line to shut down Blackberry Desktop Manager.

Hi Cox:
Try going to Services section of your computer find if any service is running with a name Blackberry Desktop Manager. in case there is one use this command line:
net stop blackberrydesktopmanager
in case there is no service available and the same is running as a process in the process list then you can probably write a vbscript that shall kill/shutdown the process.
