Bomgar or DameWare

We are currently looking at purchasing a remote support solution to use in conjunction with KACE.  We are looking at Bomgar and I know that Bomgar used to be partnered with KACE but you can still integrated it within the appliance.  We are also looking at DameWare.  Has anyone been able to integrate DameWare within the appliance.  We also want to use one of these 2 options for migrating to Windows 10.

Thanks!

Hi,

We use Bomgar currently and like Ziggi said - it is still a device action in Kace. When you use that action in Kace, it will download a file that is opened with the Rep Console and opens the machine through Bomgar.

Thanks.

We use Splashtop Business Remote, which you can create device actions for so you can remote in. They also have a free trial.

We have also worked with Customers who use Dameware & Bomgar to do so. The Device Actions for Bomgar are still in KACE as standard.

Dameware Device Action is  c:\programfiles x86\dameware\dwrcc.exe -c: -h: -m:KACE_HOST_IP or KACE_HOST_NAME
