Bulk apply licenses to a Software Catalog

I have imported 400+ licences to the K1000 asset module and filled in the correct "Applies to Cataloged Software" field in my CSV. When I view any license it says it must be transfered to a sofware catalog. Is there any way to do this in bulk so that i don't have to touch 400 licenses?
