Business Object XI SP2 + Language pack

I've deployed succesfully BO XI SP2 with the following method:

Created an Admin install of BO XI
Applied de SP2 MSP to the admin install
Set the property ALLUSERS=1

The install runs fine under the elevated user, but it is default English
Our users want also the Dutch Language Pack installed.

So I've found the Dutch Languagepack (BusinessObjectsClient_nl.msp)

But when I try to apply the patch I get the following, well known error:

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing"

In what way I can Package and deploy this language pack?
Is there a way to "hack" the MSP so it can be applied?
Or can I extract the files from the MSP?

I've also started an "project" to find out which exact files are the language files, but this is like finding a needle in a haystack

Yes, I'm trying to get access to the original download from SAP.
Maybe I can find it there.

Now I am investigating the tool "MsiX" to extract de MSP.
I've now got a CAB file en 2 MST's.

Now I have to find out how to patch my original MSI with the MST usig ORCA (I'll let my progress know)
