Can't export from Wise Conflict Manager
This was submitted to Wise Support, posting here in the hope that someone has already seen this...
When exporting from Wise 5.6 Conflict Manager, I'm getting an error "The product codes in the database and installation file do not match".
Package was imported via "Import a single file into the Software Manager database", which was a vendor MSI. Added 1 transform created via Install Tailor.
Comparing the vendor MSI's ProductCode property with the attributes of the package in the repository (Product Code meta data) shows that both Product Codes match, but the product code in the repository attributes is missing formatting characters; the { - } characters were stripped out. I have confirmed that the transform does not alter the package's Product Code property, it's presumed that importing into the Wise Software Repository is what strips the formatting characters out of the Product Code.
