I have finally got this fixed! [:D] I had a previous version which I managed to get the changes on and this time, i didn't mess with the MTS/COM+ section. However to avoid an error 1911 I was encountering during installation, I had to remove the Type Libraries from the TypeLib table of the ones that were failing.

Fantastic! So now you have a package which fails to register the app's type libraries. Whilst you're clearly pleased with that result, I suspect your client won't be.
I don't know the version you're using but does it have the WiseComCapture utility? If so, I'd avoid the using the custom Wise tables (it's generally a good idea to stick with standard tables, BTW), use WCC to create .REGs from the relevant files, import the .REGs into Wise and, if prompted, elect to have the data put into the advertising tables rather than the Registry table (or custom Wise tables).
