Cannot Run Program: SCCM

When i run a program from Run advertised Programs, I am getting the below error.

I have restarted the machine and there are no other programs also not running on the machine. But still i do get this error.

Kindly help.

What version of config manager are we talking about here ?

 

2007, 2012 ,2012SP1 ? I’m mostly experienced with 2012SP1 I’d be inclined  to check the appinforce logs.

I'd also be keen to look outside of SCCM try this script

Does this script say any reboots are pending ?
