Change access rights on a folder

I´m a newbie at application deployment and this is probably an easy fix
to most of you guys.

I´m repackaging a program called Flowmaster and the users (domain users)
need to have full acces on a folder located under "C:FlowmasterV7".

Per default all of our users only have read rights under C:

Anyone who can help me with a script that gives the users full access to this folder....?
