Need some help folks,
I am working on a virtual package built using APP-V seq. The package working smoothly except that one of the JAVA applets of the application is changing the Windows color to basic from Windows 7. Its a JAVA based application and I need to fix the issue ASAP.

Could try the DisableThemes application compatibility mode. Its a bit of a shot in the dark but it might prevent the application from trying to change the Windows color scheme.
You can then use the Application Compatibility Toolkit to deploy the fix outside of the virtual environment (sdbinst.exe) and you are good to go..
