Changing the E-Mail "Mail Ticket"
Hi
We're having KACE running for the first day now.
Something that really bothers us, is that we cannot send the Ticket via E-Mail and add a custom text.
like:
Title: Ticket number etc.
Body: [Custom Text we're adding]
[Ticket Information]
How do you do this? Is there anyway we can add a field to add a comment to the mail?
I hope you guys figure out what I am trying to say.

In the queue configuration under the Email on Events header there is a link to customize the emails sent.

The closest you could get to that kind of functionality would be using the comment on the ticket. You can't modify individual emails "on the fly". - chucksteel 11 years ago
