Did you try search this forum? Altiris Forums also has some previous posting regarding packaging for Citrix/Terminal Server.
Please note that packaging applications destined for the Windows 2000/2003 Terminal Server Edition (TSE) differs in this regard.
On TSE, regular users cannot initiate the MSIEXEC process, so self-healing HKCU keys will fail.
The Shadow Registry will take care of this so read up regarding how the Shadow Registry and Registry TimeStamps works.
Search for "How Applications use the Registry in Terminal Server Environments" at http://www.brianmadden.com
