Classification data - Send as HTML
The emails that kace uses to open a ticket have the options:
Name: xxxxxxx
Priority: xxxxxxx
Attendant: XXXXXXXX
I would like to know how I can have the Classification data also in the emails sent... does anyone have something like an example... that can help..
