Create report SQL form other database

it is possible to create a report from my K1000 to check another database (not Kace)?

This would mean that KACE execute an external program that runs a SQL query, then pipes the results...
I do not think this is a supported feature of KACE or recommended.
But might not be impossible, what you want to accomplish exactly?

Hi Dedenker,
it is a question on my side, i have an another solution of ticketing with db sql on my central db server
just if it possible to create a report from my K1000 (i do not know if exist a possibility to do an external data connexion) state of my tickets (for example like report "Open Tickets by Category")

If you need to combine data sources you would be better off using an external reporting tool like Crystal Reports or even Microsoft Access. The KACE database is accessible using the reporting user. Check Settings, Security Settings, Enable Database access to see if your box is already configured to allow that.

so no possibility to read another database than Kace from report tab (exact)
except use an external reporting tools
