Create report to show a specific software installed on systems in a label

I am trying to create a report that will show a list of systems in a specific label that has or does not have a specific application installed only.

There is a built-in report on the K1000 you can duplicate and modify to give you the desired results

That is the URL to the report on my K1000. I assume that is a universal ID for that report. The title of the report is

"Computers in Label X having Software Y Installed"

Software
