Thanks alot for your guide.
actuially I already have found it and tried it 1 hour ago. It is working fine when assigned to computer, but having some problems assigned to user.
I am now searching for a way packaging the following codec to MSI:
TechSmith Screen Capture Codec Installer (version 2.0.5.0)
I am facing a difficulty.
Any Advice??

sir,
The flash Player is OK if assigned to computer, but when assigned to user it is not working properly.. maybe I need to test it again.. but now I am happy with assigning it to computer.
Regarding Codec, I don't know how to package it. I am thinking of SUS or WUS if one of them could help for this matter. I don't have experience packaging software, today I tried to package flash 6 (before I got it from macromedia site) using WinInataller LE, and it didn't work properly.
Please advise me the best way to distribute this codec to many PCs.

I've never actually repackaged that codec, but I took a quick look at it and I think you should be okay with using Winstall LE to snapshot an MSI of it. I've had solid experiences from TechSmith and snagit and camtasia, so I can't think this would be much different.
Flash not working off the snapshot is, IMO, to be expected, since it's its own MSI. I can't speak for Flash + GPO, as we're not using GPO here for deployment. Maybe someone who has can offer a suggestion.

Ok...
So what should I do to package this codec for use with windows XP.
What Idid is that I prepaired windows 2000 prof with SP4, this installed the WInInstaller LE.
I will run the scan from WinInstaller LE, then isntall the codec. Afte that I will generate the MSI package.
Am I correct. Please advise me...
Also, what do you use for software distripution? And what about SUS, aren't you using it for patch management? Couldn't SUS help in this codec matter??
