this is a bit of a strange statement. Sounds like you need to create what you already have?
Cumulative to me means "containing everything up to this point", so do you also have older msp files for this product, that need to be applied before the msp you have can install?
If not, sounds like you already have what you need...

I think what you mean by "cumulative is that the MSP you need to create must include the content of the MSI and MSP you already have. Correct?
In that case, create an AIP from the MSI and patch it with the MSP you have. Create your new MSI and use that, plus the one in the AIP, to create your new patch.
