Dell Client Updates not working
Everytime I run an inventory for machines to check for dell updates it returns an error
I also, have no client dell updates available-even though I have run the catalog 10 times for dell client and server updates

Have you enabled logs to see if there is any errors?

just got off the phone with tech support and discovered this sql error/database

You should keep working with technical support on this and escalate this further if required. There was a known issue in release 5.3 with Dell Updates and I can see that you Inventory Collector from Dell is not coming down. Without this Dell Updates will not work on any box. - RaSko 11 years ago
