Desktop icon placement

I was wondering, if i deploy a bunch of software, is there a way to set the icon position on the desktop. I use Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and after i deploy a new computer, all my icon are all on the left, one after the other, i really would like the office icon in the corner at the right corner, an stuff like that.

Thanks!!

You can create a WIM file and deploy that via MDT.  Create a master image and install your software.  Configure all the user settings to be how you want them, create a backup, sysprep that master, copying the users profile to default, capture that as a WIM and deploy that, all the users will get the settings you created for your master user.

There is software I use to keep icon postions in the classrooms but that is an after install
