Disable "Simple File sharing" globally
Hi guys,
Does anyone of you know how to turn off the Simple File sharing on Win7 via VBS or Batch or somthing like that?
Under XP there was a simple registry key to set:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\Forceguest = 0
but that doesn't work with win7 anymore [:@]
I've been looking for days now but I can't find a solution..

Use a lightweight snapshot tool (e.g. InstallWatch) to capture the change under the OS and script accordingly.

some firewall policy has to be modified .
Check in reg key HLKM\system\currentcontrolset\control\sharedaccess\enable contol
and HLKM\system\currentcontrolset\services\sharedaccess\firewall
