Hi orlith,
this is built with inno setup. You got lucky. :-)
Why: Because everything is well documented for this setup tool.

There even is an decompiler: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=102423
With this, you can see every action, which is done by the installer (looking at the script file: 'install_script.iss').
