Duplicate User accounts in KACE1000

We noticed duplicate user names created for one user. how to resolve this ? also we want to merge all the tickets to be merged in one single account.

We also wanted to prevent this issue for the future

Setup your user import from LDAP correctly and delete the duplicates.

Edit update - when you know which ID you will be keeping, write a ticket rule to replace HD_TICKET.SUBMITTER_ID where the removed ID exists with the preferred User ID
