have anyone package DYMO label writer version 6.1 i am trying to disable the Registration buttom or stop it from coming up went i launch the software the first time

i found that problem sorry i am sleepy, but i was in a ini were you can turn it off

Really, where or how do you turn it off then?.
I only can manipulate the screens itself, not how to skip the whole registration part.
