E5430 BSOD - Drivers

Having this issue where the system will image and then blue screen right at 75 percent after windows loads. I know the image works fine because I can use on other models. The driver feed folder looks fine according to the recover driver tool.vbs. Update drivers with lastest CAB files from Dell but still fails. I've updated the KBE with the newest drivers as well. Any thoughts? Its a system image thats syspreped I can use a scripted install and that works fine. Its only this one model.

Try to manually inject the drivers and see if that works.  go to support if you already have not and get the cab file and use 7zip to expand and extract the drivers (x86 or x64) from the cab file (right click on the cab file and choose 7zip-open archive).

Here are two ways to do this:

The first use the answer here:

http://www.itninja.com/question/batch-file-to-copy-into-c-windows-inf

The second:

uncheck the reboot after image is cast and when it is done plug a usb drive containing the driver files/directories into the target machine and find out what drive letter the usb drive was assigned.  Copy the files manually to c:\windows\inf\somefolder.

The problem might also be caused by the way that the image is laid down on the hard disk. Check bios settings are set to AHCI rather than IDE compatibility mode (or vice versa depending on your build process) and that you have the latest drivers for the process that deploys the image.
