Error 1935

Hi, I am facing an error 1935 while installing msi. I am packaging an Autodesk application thru wise studio. I sucessfully created the msi but when i tried to install that its throwing an error 1935 , If i click Ok its rolling back from that point .

The error is as follows ....

"Error 1935. An error occured during installation of assembly 'stdole,version="7.0.3300.0",PublicKeyToken="b03f5f7f11d50a3a",culture="neutral",GUID="00020430-0000-c000-000000000046".Please refer to Help and support for more information.HRESULT"0x8002802F."

The application has dependency of .NET framework 1.1 . My Packaging image already contains service pack2 installed in it . Does the service pack2 for XP contains .NET framework 1.1 in it ??If it is so then how to exclude the files of framework from msi.
Setup install the .NET frame work first and then install the app.

Plz help me in solving my problem.
Thanx in advance.

SP2 do not include Framework 1.1, be sure you have it installed, not including it in your AutoCad, its in Windows update

Reboot the machine and install the application again. Now it will install the application. It happens due to the VC++ (All GAC realted files) related files will not be registrered in the machine properly. To check the error create a log file u can see this inforamtion in it.Hope it will help you.
