K1000: Error Code (7:Couldn't connect to server)

I am having trouble with a recently imaged machine in our network not communicating with K1000. I tried to google around some solutions and found an old post suggesting to use 'runkbot.exe 4 0' here is the line with the error:

The machine is running Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2 OS Build 19044.1526 which was imaged recently with KACE2000 . It did have Apex running but uninstalled it and reinstalled the Kace agent, thinking that may have been blocking it but still no dice. Our K1000 is running as a VM in ESXi and I can ping it from the machine that can't reach it. And we have about 200 devices connecting to KACE1000 without any issue.

Worked with support. This worked:
Remove from device list in appliance
Run: AMPTools.exe uninstall all-kuid
Install agent.

I had a similar issue stating it failed to get kbot script [4-0] with a recently imaged machine that was not checking into our k1000. I ran the following command to fix the issue:
amptools resetconfig host=kbox.k1000.com token=HdiInmdk893NIUn34UNdj2kHNIjhdfia2njk
This downloaded the proper files needed for the computer to start communication with our k1000.
I have the exact same problem on two machines. All others checking in normally: Reinstalling, changing KUID, repairing WMI all seem to have no effect.
