Error Retreiving property for table - Project 2003
Hi all,
I was trying to create transform for Project 2003. I am using an additional .MST file as template along with the MSI. Once after getting created the transform i wsa unable to save the changes in the transform.
After making the necessary changes to MST i tried to save that but it prompting an error saying "Error Retreiving property for table". But eveything goes fine when i created an MST without the template file.
Please suggest that whether can i use that additional template or not or else anything to be modified.
Thanks in advance
Ayyavu.

Hi Ayyavu,
Open the project.msi in ORCA in read only (set the read only bit to the msi file) and apply the MST. If you get errors, change the 'Transfer Error' setting under 'Tools - Options - Transform Tab'.
Choose generate Transform and save it to a new name. This should do the trick.
But, as 'fuz_kitten' suggested: ORK normally is all one needs for this task. Unless you want to apply some very special settings.
Regards, Nick
