Excel Viewer Suppress window
Hi friends,
i am shashi and i work in eds, i am working on excel viewer 2007, i have to issues.
1. when i extract excelviewer.exe i will get one MSI and MSP. msi installes properly but when i apply MSP it go for reinstalling again when i click on finish button for 4 times. i checked event viewer it shows massage for first time excel viewer updated successfully and later 3 message as configeration compleated successfully. can u help me.
2. when i launch the shortcut dialog box will appear as browse the file.i.e when you click on open one window will appear the same window appears as default when i launch the shortcut each time.

Remember that Microsoft has subtly changed the concept of patches for this new installer nirvana in that they're not patches in the accepted sense but merely a collection of transforms. As such, you do not "apply" the patch: the set-up executable sees its presence (provided it's in the correct place) and acts upon it.
