i can able to test the application with admin user account , but when i login with the test user account to the same machine i could not able to test the application.

Probably you need to explain your query a bit detailed. What is the error you are getting?
Have you checked for file/folder/regeister permissions required? Use procmon when launching the application in user mode to detect the cause.

Procmon or lua buglight will help you identify what the problems are.
