Flash Player 10 Glogal Security Settings
Hello,
I use Windows XP 32-bit, IE 6.0 with SP3, and Adobe Flash 10.0
I want to play Flash content on my local drive at "C:\Videos\Flash" folder. I get the security warning about running content local instead of on a server. I don't want that warning. It takes me to the Global Secuity Settings Panel. I add a Trusted location of "C:\Videos\Flash". It works great. But then my co-worker signs into the PC and the Trusted location does not seem to be there for him. It seems this setting is Per-User instead of Global. Is there a way to make it work for all Users that log in?

there's a settings.sol file that gets created for each user in their profile at %userprofile%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys\settings.sol.
You could change the security settings on the Security Panel, copy that file from the userprofile, and distribute it to other users through Active Setup or something similar.
You could maybe try placing this file in the All Users profile but I never tested this so not sure if it'll work.
Hope this helps
